All Sessions held in AZ time zone - UTC (will coordinate with your time zone)
For all phone/skype sessions please keep in mind that I will phone you at the time of your scheduled appointment and in AZ-UTC. Any appointment missed due to misunderstanding of the time changes will be treated as a missed appointment. There will be no refunds for forgotten or missed appointments from repeat offenders. Thank you for your understanding.
RS sessions - If the work has started and is then stopped, a refund will be given for payments made for sessions which have not yet taken place, less $75 administration fee.
If no work has taken place the deposit is refundable less $75 administration fee.
Payments:
Payment is required when purchasing an email, phone or Skype sessions. This is done during the scheduling process and must be completed before any services are rendered.
RS session - A deposit of $100 is required before the first recording.
Payments by Zelle, Paypal, check or cash.
Please respect the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies.
24 Hour Requirement for Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, you will forfeit the appropriate amount associated with the session you purchased. No refunds will be given. To cancel an appointment you must call Frank directly at 928-239-8650. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving a last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Rescheduling an Appointment Policy
When rescheduling an appointment a 24 hour notice is required to do so. To reschedule please call Frank directly at 928-239-8650 AZ-UTC. Please keep in mind that I will do my best to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible but it will depend on availability as sometimes I am book in advance. These policies are in place out of respect for my time as well as for my clients time.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling Policies, Disclaimer and that all sessions will be held in AZ-UTC time zone as well as acknowledge that you are in compliance with these policies as written here on this web site as described above.
